Medical imaging modalities include: magnetic resonance, computed tomography, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, X-ray, microwave, endoscopy, optical and multi-photon microscopy, video and sensory imaging, and the convergence of biomedical images with other non-imaging datasets to address disease and health problems.
